Planning Condition Discharge Submitted for Manor House Farm

We’re excited to share that a planning condition discharge application has now been submitted for our barn conversion at Manor House Farm in Tarleton, Preston

Following a review of the planning approved scheme and collaborative design workshop with the Client, we produced a technical design package to carefully meet the client’s brief and produce the necessary drawings and documents to submit for condition discharge with West Lancashire Borough Council.

With the application now submitted, we’ll continue to support the process by engaging with the Council where needed, responding to any feedback, and helping to move things forward as smoothly as possible.

We’re looking forward to the next stage and will share further updates as the application progresses.
