Planning Application Submitted for Northcote Road

We’re pleased to share that a planning application has now been submitted for our two-storey home extension project in Stockport, Greater Manchester.

Following a collaborative design development process, the proposals have been carefully shaped around the client’s brief, focusing on creating a more spacious, functional, and light-filled home.

The submitted scheme includes:

• A two-storey side extension to provide extra living and ancillary space downstairs, and additional bedroom space upstairs

• A single-storey rear extension to create a more open and connected main living area, including a large social kitchen

• A more open and connected ground floor layout, linking the home more effectively to the rear garden

• An external elevation design and material selections that complements the existing property and surrounding street

With the application now submitted, we’ll continue to support the process by engaging with the Council where needed, responding to any feedback, and helping to move things forward as smoothly as possible.
