Planning Approval Granted for Swarbrick Drive

We’re pleased to share that our design for the single-storey home extension in Prestwich, Manchester has now received planning approval, following a smooth process with Bury Council.

The rear and side extension provides a larger and sociable kitchen dining area, along with additional living rooms, utility, and downstairs toilet, designed to meet the Client’s specific needs. A duel-pitched rear extension creates a feature vaulted ceiling and additional glazing to maximise natural light into the space.

With this big milestone achieved the project can move to the next stage.
