Planning Approval Granted for Kenilworth Avenue

We’re pleased to share that our design for the single-storey home extension in Whitefield, Manchester has now received planning approval, following a smooth process with Bury Council.

The rear and side extension provides a large L-shaped kitchen area with island and dining, creating the social cooking and eating space our client was hoping for. A utility room, downstairs toilet, and pantry fulfil their day to day living needs, offering functional spaces they didn’t already have, whilst rooflights at the rear help bring additional natural light into the space.

With this big milestone achieved the project can move to the next stage.
