Planning Application Submitted for Penshurst

We’re excited to share that a planning application has now been submitted for our two-storey home extension project in Whitestake, Preston.

Following a comprehensive and collaborative design development process, the proposals have been carefully shaped around the client’s needs, understanding their day to day living requirements to create an optimal spatial arrangement which flows, whilst providing great spaces full of natural light and character.

The submitted scheme includes:

• A two-storey side extension to provide a garage, utility and toilet downstairs, and additional bedroom and bathroom space upstairs

• A two-storey rear extension to provide an additional large bedroom upstairs

• A single-storey rear extension to create a large social kitchen dining space with a veranda connecting the space to the rear garden

• An external elevation design and material selections that complements the existing property whilst offering its own personal character

With the application now submitted, we’ll continue to support the process by engaging with the Council where needed, responding to any feedback, and helping to move things forward as smoothly as possible.
