Located in the heart of east Didsbury, this semi-detached three-bedroom home offers great potential but with an arrangement of rooms which doesn’t suit our client’s needs. The proposed scheme involves internal alterations and extensions to the front, side and rear to create a more social rear living space and extra bedroom.

Following an initial feasibility study to help our client decide to purchase the property, our work began with a considered assessment of the existing house and layout, collaborating with our client to understand their needs. We produced a series of layout options to explore the flow of spaces and test the budget, leading towards a final proposal which our client was happy with.
Following this design process, planning approval was successfully granted, a coordinated technical pack of drawings has been produced, and construction is underway.
