Planning Approval Granted for Bradshaw Avenue

We’re pleased to share that our design for the single-storey home extension in Whitefield, Manchester has now received planning approval, following a smooth and swift process with Bury Council.

The project focuses on extending and improving an existing family home to meet the changing lifestyle of our client and their growing family. The aim was to create a new, larger and sociable kitchen space within the new extension, with the existing kitchen adapted into a utility room. In addition, the front extension adds a new snug living room.

We worked closely with the Client throughout the process to make sure the design reflects how they want to live, while also meeting local planning requirements and respecting the surrounding area.

Getting planning approval is a big step forward, and we’re excited to move on to the next stage and see the project come to life.
