Works Progressing on Site at Brooklawn Drive

Good progress is being made on our timber garage extension in Prestwich, with the timber floor structure now in place.

The site presented a particular challenge, a variety of below-ground pipes and ducting made traditional concrete foundations difficult to achieve without costly diversion works.

Our solution was to think lighter, using ground screws and a timber ground floor structure. This allowed us to work around the existing services while keeping the foundation solution efficient and costs to a minimum.
