Planning Condition Approval for Manor House Farm

We’re pleased to share that our planning condition submission for the pre-commencement conditions for Manor House Farm in Tarleton, Preston has now been approved by West Lancashire Borough Council.

The barn conversion from an outbuilding into a workshop and garage had previously achieved planning approval, however due to its location in a conservation area and in the curtilage of a listed building, a number of detailed design elements needed confirming with the Council prior to any building works starting.

Pre-commencement condition approval is a big milestone, as it now allows building works to begin. We’re excited to see the project progress through these next few months.
