Planning Approval Granted for Parrs Wood Road

We’re pleased to share that our design for the two-storey home extension in Didsbury, Manchester has now received planning approval, following a smooth process with Manchester City Council.

The aim of the project is to improve the existing family home to better suit our client’s needs. With internal alterations, a two-storey extension to the front and side, and single-storey extension to the rear, we have created more space, improved natural light, and improved the overall function, while making sure the extension feels like a natural part of the original house.

We worked closely with the Client throughout the process to make sure the design reflects how they want to live, while also meeting local planning requirements and respecting the surrounding area.

Getting planning approval is a big step forward, and we’re excited to move on to the next stage and see the project come to life.
